Where Craft Meets Character
At Hodie et Nunc (hoh-dee-ay et nungk), we pride ourselves on using only the finest, full-grain leather—sourced from the most exquisite hides across Ecuador’s diverse landscapes. Each hide is thoughtfully selected from cattle raised in the fertile valleys of Loja, the high-altitude pastures of Chimborazo, and the coastal plains of Manabí. This breadth of origin gives our leather its unique texture, natural character, and enduring quality.
All of our hides converge in Ambato—a historic industrial hub at the heart of Ecuador, renowned for its artisanal leatherwork. It’s here that our craftsmen, guided by generations of tradition, meticulously transform each hide. They preserve its individuality, honoring the story it carries, while refining it into something quietly powerful. The result is leather with an unmistakable feel—resilient, refined, and deeply connected to Ecuador’s soul.
Every Hodie et Nunc creation holds a fragment of this journey, embodying timeless elegance and the spirit of purposeful craftsmanship.
