How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you’ll need to send a notification immediately upon reception of the product, or at the latest 14 days after the reception. You can return any item purchased from hodieetnunc.com within 30 days of the delivery date by following the steps below:
Complete the Return Form:
- Start your product return request by completing the Return Form. This will be reviewed by our Customer Care team.
- Within one business day of submitting your request, you will receive your Return Authorization via email, which is necessary for us to process your return.
Prepare Your Item for Return:
- Ensure the items you wish to return are in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for return and will be returned to you.
Follow the Return Instructions:
- Our Customer Care team will provide you with additional instructions in the Return Authorization email to help you complete your return.
- For customers returning items from the United States, Hodie et Nunc will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return label.
- For regions not included in the list above, customers must arrange the return of their items at their own expense.
Submit Your Return:
- Use the original box or another sturdy box to ensure safe transportation.
- Include all forms provided in your original shipment (order invoice, return form, etc.).
Processing Your Return:
- Once your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Methods
- Credit Card: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please check with your bank if there is a delay.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account.
- Apple Pay and ShopPay: Refunds will be processed based on your respective payment methods.
- For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. Duties and/or taxes will not be refunded for countries outside the EU.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@hodieetnunc.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
